Description This project aims to establish a modification-free strategy to enhance ssDNA donor-mediated homology-directed repair (HDR) using a HDR-boosting module. This database includes NGS data targeting six genomic loci (CXCR4, DNMT1, EMX1,FANCF, RNF2, and RUNX1) from common cell lines, such as 293T and HeLa.
