We selected Chinese soft-shelled turtles Pelodiscus sinensis as the research object, and conducted a joint experiment of heat wave and bacteria in reptiles under the background of global warming, which provides important data support for evaluating the extinction risk of Pelodiscus sinensis in the wild. Through single-cell sequencing technology, the project constructed a blood single cell atlas of Chinese soft-shelled turtle, more accurately depict the dynamic changes of blood cells, provide more potential markers for Testudines blood cells, and help achieve breakthroughs in the field of reptile immunology. |
