| Description |
Leaf samples were collected at four stages during leaf autumnal senescence in hybrid poplar trees and submitted for RNA-Seq. Taking Pre-senescence stage as control, thousands of genes were identified with differential expression at various senescence stages. Physiological pathways associated with nitrogen remobilization were investigated. |
