| 描述信息 | In this study, 27 representative germplasm covering seven species of Citrullus genus were sequenced by HiFi. Pan-genome of wild and cultivated watermelon was constructed after the raw data was processed with genome assembly and annotation. In addition, core and dispensable genes were analyzed to variation identification and trait association study. | ||||||||
