Description | In this study, pond-farmed yellow catfish with market-size were subjected to rice-fish symbiosis depuration (RFSD). To investigate the relationship between intestinal flora and the flesh quality in yellow catfish, we applied 16S rDNA to analysis the intestinal flora diversity. Meanwhile, we assessed metabolites using GC-MS, and the content of amino acid in the yellow catfish muscle. | ||||||||||||||||
