In the present study, depuration and starvation were performed to improve the flesh quality of cultured yellow catfish. The ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometry (UPLC-QTOF/MS) based on untargeted metabolomics was used to investigate the muscle metabolites of yellow catfish during depuration and starvation treatment. |
