Description Chemoimmunotherapy has shown promising results with locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (LAHNSCC); however, markers accurately predicting its efficacy and survival remain elusive. To generate and validate a pathomics signature and immunoscore-based model for prediction of chemoimmunotherapy response and progression-free survival (PFS) among patients with LAHNSCC.
