Description |
This study was the first transcriptome analysis of circadian rhythm transcription fac-tors in tea plant. At present, studies on the biological clock mechanism of MYB tran-scription factors mainly focused on model plants, and there were no relevant literature reports about MYB transcription factors and their effects on circadian rhythm in tea plant. The results provided a reference for further research on the roles of MYB tran-scription factor in the circadian rhythm of tea plants. |
