Title Altered gut microbe metabolites in patients with alcohol-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head: an integrated omics analysis

Description We performed 16S rDNA and metabolomic sequencing of fecal samples via liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to characterize the gut microbiota of alcohol-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head patients and normal controls. Metagenomic sequencing of fecal samples was performed to identify whether GM changes at the species level are associated with gut bacteria genes or functions in AONFH patients.
