| 描述信息 | In this project, we assembled the genomes of two monokaryons Wpm-1 and Wpm-4 from Lentinula edodes strain WX1 using BGI short reads, Nanopore long reads, and Hi-C data. Based on the transcriptome data of 4 different stages during fruiting body development and the assembled genomes, we analyzed the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between adjacent stages and allele-specific expression at different stages to study the molecular mechanism of fruiting body development. | ||||||||
