In this study, on the basis of previous studies on the collection and evaluation of basil resources, extraction, isolation and detection of effective components, transcriptome sequencing was performed on the old stem (S1), young stem (S2), lobule (L1) and large leaf (L2) of basil cultivated in Hainan, China, providing further genomic information for the study of Basil.
