Description In this study, we employed an excessive copper exposure model in ducks to analyze biochemical indicators, immune and inflammatory factors, and investigate the effects of excessive copper exposure on the gut and kidney tissues of ducks using 16s rDNA sequencing, metabolomics, and transcriptomics. Furthermore, multi-omics analysis is performed to further explore whether gut microbiome changes influence kidney damage subsequent to excessive copper exposure
