Patient-derived xenografts (PDXs) are widely used models to elucidate the mechanisms of drug resistance because of their ability to preserve the tumor heterogeneity and therapeutic responsiveness of parental tumors. We isolated fresh tumor tissue from 20 PDX mice and performed RNA-seq. |
