Title Multi-omics reveals the gut microbiome mediated changes in intestinal landscape under altered diet

Description Two groups of mice with different diets were included in the study, and we monitored their fecal samples over 8-week period. The mice fed with AIN-93G standard diet were served as the control group (SD), and the other group of mice was defined as the altered diet group (Alter). The mice in the Alter group were fed with the high-protein diet (HPD) for the first four weeks, and then the high-fiber diet (HFD) was applied for the following four weeks. we examine the relationships among altered diet (high-protein to high-fiber), gut microbiome and metabolites.
