| Description |
Cartilage is an important component of the joint and plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis (OA). The study of gene expression regulation mechanism in cartilage is of great importance to elucidate the genetic mechanism of OA. However, the regulatory landscape of gene expression in cartilage remains poorly understood, due to the absence of large-scale resources. Here, we aimed to fill this knowledge gap by integrating genomics with transcriptomics features of human knee cartilage from up to 204 OA patients. |
