Description |
In this study, tissue samples from a rare patient with both intestinal adenoma and adenocarcinoma were analyzed using a combination of single-cell sequencing and spatial transcriptome sequencing. In the tested cells, we identified different tumor-associated fibroblast cell phenotypes, T cell phenotypes and immune components. This study demonstrates the tumor immune microenvironment during the progression of intestinal adenomas to adenocarcinoma. The study provided valuable insights for potential therapeutic interventions targeting the tumor microenvironment. |
