Although the monoclonal antibodies targeting PD-1/PD-L1 exhibit remarkable clinical responses in many cancers, such as melanoma, the clinical responses vary. Thus, innovative biomarkers or predictive methods are needed for identifying the patients who are more likely to benefit from the checkpoint block therapy. In our study, our aim is to set up new biomarkers for PD-1/PD-L1 blockade treatment in melanoma. |
