Description | In this study, we report a phased chromosome-level genome assembly of Huyou. Hifiasm combined Pacbio and Hi-C sequencing reads, resulted in one primary genome assembly and two haplotypes, which contain nine pseudochromosomes with sizes of 338.11Mb, 325.16Mb, and 313.78 Mb, respectively. Using the transcriptome data and annotations of homologous species, we identified a total of 30,390 protein-coding genes and 177.55 Mb repetitive sequences in the genome of Huyou. | ||||||||||||
