To better explore the specific characteristics of pathogenesis and tumor microenvironment of different EC samples with different pathological types, we performed scRNA-seq on 18 patients. We comprehensively revealed the heterogeneity in percentage, functional status and cell-cell communication of different cell subpopulations within identified malignant epithelial cells, NK_T cells, fibroblasts, macrophages and endothelial cells (ECs) using the single-cell expression atlas and experimental methods in vitro. |
