| 描述信息 | This project aims to assemble the rubber T2T (Telomere-to-Telomere) genome. To ensure high accuracy and quality in the assembly, we have resequenced the cultivated rubber tree Reyan 7-33-97, including ONT ultra-long, HiFi, and Hi-C data. Additionally, to study the latex production response process of rubber trees, we have collected transcriptome data from latex at three different periods. These data will help us understand how rubber trees regulate their gene expression in response to varying production demands and environmental conditions during different growth stages. By integrating this data, we can gain a deeper understanding of the latex production process in rubber trees, thereby providing a scientific basis for improving rubber yield. | ||||||||
