Description Broussonetia papyrifera leaves were collected from wild Broussonetia papyrifera trees. Before that, leaves were treated by tree ways, (1) normal leaves; (2) wounding treated leaves by scissor; (3) leaves bitten by Microtus fortis. Three kinds of leaves were sequenced to verified the differences of metabolites, and excavated the potential defensive substances of Broussonetia papyrifera that against bite from Microtus fortis.
