Description |
G. purpurascens is a kind of semi-wild upland cotton, which may have excellent saline-alkali resistance gene resources. In this study, we first constructed a high-quality full-length transcriptome database of leaves of G. purpurascens after four kinds of stress (SS;salt, AS;alkali, SAS;salt-alkali and DS;drought stresss), and then compared the next generation transcriptome (gene expression profile) before and after four kinds of stress stress to identify potential stress-stress-related candidate genes. |
