In this study, our research group has completed the metabolome sequencing of Thelephora ganbajun Zang in three key developmental stages, including mycelium, primordium and fruiting body, aiming to explore the specific substances or special mechanisms that may affect the development of ectomycorrhiza of strain 46 in its entire life history indifferent developmental stages, and to conduct dynamic real-time monitoring of the gene expression products. |
