While preclinical studies have provided insights into the mechanisms of these regimens, their efficacy and impact on the tumor microenvironment (TME) in patients are not fully understood. Understanding the dynamics of the TME during different combinational therapies is crucial for optimizing immunotherapy approaches, particularly for patients who do not respond to treatment.
