Title Multiomics study of heterogeneity in breast cancer
Relevance Medical
Data types Transcriptome or Gene expression
Organisms Homo sapiens
Description This study will systematically evaluate the intratumoral heterogeneity of breast cancer based on multi-omics research methods such as spatial transcriptomics, compare the differences in intratumoral heterogeneity of breast cancer with different pathological classifications, and analyze the relationship between intratumoral heterogeneity of breast cancer and the relationship between treatment resistance, recurrence, and metastasis of breast cancer, and the search for relevant molecular mechanisms and new therapeutic targets.
