Description |
This study primarily discusses how tumors induce the expression of CAV2 in nerves, and how nerve-derived CAV2 facilitates the interaction between tumors and nerves. To investigate the impact of neural CAV2 on tumor cells, we conducted sequencing on head and neck squamous carcinoma cells co-cultured with wild-type trigeminal ganglia and those co-cultured with CAV2-knockout trigeminal ganglia. The results suggest that neural CAV2 plays a role in influencing the oxidative phosphorylation metabolic phenotype and the maintenance of stemness in tumor cells. |
