Title RNA sequencing of MSL3P1
Relevance Medical
Data types Transcriptome or Gene expression
Organisms Homo sapiens
Description Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is the most common histological type of lung cancer. Studies have shown that specific long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved in cancer development and progression. The phenotype and mechanism of MSL3P1, a lncRNA which we referring to a cancer-testis gene with potential roles in tumorigenesis and progression, has never been reported. We performed transcriptome sequencing after knocking down the expression of MSL3P1 in tumor cells.
