In order to understand the alteration in immune microenvironment and epithelials, we performed scRNA-seq and snRNA-seq on paired samples from Lynch Syndrome patients. Our analysis uncovered the expression level changes of risk genes and discovered potential biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment of Lynch Syndrome. |
