Title Full-length transcriptome sequencing and comparative transcriptome sequencing of Huperzia serrata

Description To determine the response mechanism of Huperzia serrata to high temperature and drought, 5-year-old root, stem, and leaf tissues were selected, mixed in equal amounts, and total RNA was extracted to construct a full-length sequencing library.In addition, three samples of root, stem, and leaf tissue were taken, and RNA was extracted for Illumina second-generation sequencing. Heat treatment was carried out in a 42 degree light incubator, with samples taken at 4 hours, 8 hours, and 24 hours, and repeated 3 times. PEG6000 was used for drought treatment, and samples were taken at 4 hours, 8 hours, and 24 hours, and repeated 3 times. Samples were used for RNA-seq.
