Description |
EGFR 19del and L858R are two of the most prevalent mutations in LUAD, which are associated with different responses to targeted therapy and immunotherapy. However, tumor microenvironment and cellular heterogeneity related to these distinct efficacies among the EGFR-mutant subtypes in LUAD remains unclear. We plan to explore possible reasons for different responses between two mutation subtypes. |
