N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is the most abundant mRNA modification catalyzed by METTL3. This study showed METTL3 inhibited activated interferon response genes including Isg15 and Oas2. METTL3 inhibiting augmented sensitivity to ICB therapy with anti-PD-1 in B16 melanoma mouse model and can also sustain T cell function. |
