Due to the rapid development of next-generation sequencing and array technologies, molecular characterization of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) is becoming increasingly clear. However, the reported multi-omics analyses are mainly based on child cohorts since the high morbidity of B-ALL in children. To further explore the molecular characterization of adult B-ALL and reveal molecular clusters associated with prognosis, we collect samples of adult B-ALL patients with newly diagnosed and and refractory/relapse for multi-omic analysis. |
