Description |
In this study, we conducted a retrospective trial to assess the potential of SAA as a predictive biomarker for clinical response and side effects in patients with MSS-CRLM undergoing treatment with ICIs based treatment. Furthermore, we employed RNA-seq and multiplex immunohistochemistry (mIHC) techniques to conduct immune infiltration and spatial analysis of the TME in MSS-CRLM. These findings shed light on the immunosuppressive role of SAA in the tumor response to ICIs, providing new clinical features and potential therapeutic targets for MSS-CRLM patients resistant to immunotherapy. |
