| 描述信息 | The genus Echinochloa (Poaceae) contains numerous problematic weed species worldwide with the hexaploid Echinochloa crus-galli most prevalent. In this study, through sequencing DNA methylome and transcriptome of E. curs-galli and its progenitors, we aimed to figure out the adaptation mechanism of Echinochloa species during polyploidization from epigenomic aspect. | ||||||||
