Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was performed on tumor tissues from three patients diagnosed with malignant transformation of odontogenic keratocyst (MTOKC), aiming to reveal the functional characteristics of tumor cells and fibroblasts within the TME of MTOKC, and to preliminarily explore the neuroinvasive characteristics and low lymph node metastasis potential following malignant transformation of odontogenic keratocyst. |
