| 描述信息 |
Due to the limits of traditional microbiological methods and the complexity of osteoarthritis pathogens, only a few pathogens can be detected. The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of mNGS for diagnosing osteoarticular infections. A total of 164 patients were included in this study, including 137 POI and 27 IOI. mNGS can identify a wide range of osteoarticular pathogens. Compared with the CT method, mNGS is a more rapid and effective diagnostic tool for osteoarticular infections. |
