Description |
Bile acids (BAs) are important molecules in the carcinogenesis of pancreatic cancer (PC). The concentrations of 63 BAs in serum were measured in a total of 421 participants (including 225 PC patients, 127 healthy controls, and 69 patients with other pancreatic diseases) from three medical centers using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The concentrations of seven common types of BAs in serum were determined and compared. |
