We performed scRNA-seq on the activated NP-specific B cells sorted from the immunized wildtype or B cell-specific Notch2-deficient mice. This study will help to understand the regulation mechanisms of Notch2 on memory B cell differentiation and provide insights for the development of long-acting vaccines and the prevention of infectious disease. |
