描述信息 Pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs) account for 10-20% of intracranial tumors, and can be divided into clinical functional and non-functional PitNETs according to the presence or absence of hormonal secretion. To further explore the pathogenesis of pituitary tumors and improve current treatment strategies, we performed bulk and full-length single-cell RNA sequencing at our single center.
