Description |
Human MSCs derived from umbilical cord and expanded with chemical defined medium or hPL were prepared for scRNA-seq (single-cell RNA sequencing) . Briefly, the MSCs were detached with TrypLE and resuspended with 0.04% BSA in HBSS (1x106 cells/mL). The libraries were constructed with 10x Genomics Chromium platform and sequenced with Illumina NovaSeq 6000 System (paired-end mode). Data were processed with10xGenomics pipeline Cell Ranger (v2.1.0). |
