Description The helminth Haemonchus contortus is a widely distributed parasite prevalent in tropical, subtropical, and warm temperate regions, causing significant economic losses to the global livestock industry. While numerous studies have investigated immune evasion by Haemonchus contortus and the host's immune response, research on the single-cell transcriptomics of goat peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in response to Haemonchus contortus infection is still lacking.
