Generate a sepsis model in B6 mice by employing the Cecal Ligation and Puncture (CLP) technique. One day following the establishment of the model, isolate conventional Natural Killer (cNK) cells from both the spleen and liver, in addition to Innate Lymphoid Cells type 1 (ILC1s) from the liver, for the purpose of conducting expression profile sequencing. |
