Description | To elucidate the specific histone methyltransferase accountable for H3K4me3 deposition in the early stages of mouse embryogenesis, we conducted H3K4me3 ChIP-seq analysis on Late2C and morula stage embryos following targeted knockdown of Mll2 and Setd1a/b. To examine the transcriptional impact on H3K4me3 dynamics, we performed Pol II and H3K4me3 ChIP-seq following a brief exposure to triptolide at intervals of 0, 2, 4, and 6 hours on embryos at the Late2C and morula stages, respectively. Furthermore, to explore the functional role of H3K4me3 during early embryonic development, we executed H3K4me3 ChIP-seq and RNA-seq analyses subsequent to either the knockdown or overexpression of enzymes responsible for the addition and removal of H3K4me3 marks, respectively. | ||||||||
