Description |
Lung adenocarcinoma, a prevalent sub type of lung cancer, serves as the focal point of our project. We meticulously collected specimens across various stages of lung adenocarcinoma development alongside control samples from conditions such as pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis . Utilizing advanced genomic techniques, including Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing , Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin sequencing , and RNA sequencing, we conducted comprehensive analyses on these specimens. Our approach enabled the creation of detailed epigenetic landscapes of lung adenocarcinoma at differing stages of its evolution. By integrating this with stage-specific expression profiles, we delved into the epigenetic underpinnings that drive the progression of lung adenocarcinoma, aiming to uncover novel insights into its pathogenesis. |
