Description We report the chromosome-level genome of the mycoparasitic fungus Trichoderma breve and provide the transcriptomic profile to investigate the mycoparasitism of T. breve against three plant pathogens of Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium oxysporum and Rhizoctonia solani. The study aims to discover the significant factors for the mycoparasitic adaptation of T. breve.
