Description |
Skeletal muscle regeneration is determined by muscle satellite cells. In order to further reveal the mechanism of action of hnRNPK in mouse muscle regeneration, we isolated skeletal muscle satellite cells using Hnrnpk pKO mice and induced knockout, further exploring the role of hnRNPKin satellite cell self-renewal and proliferation. Hnrnpk pKO MuSCs were treated with 4-OHT to induced knockout hnRNPK. 24 and 48 hours after the induction of differentiation, RNA was extracted, and RNA-seq libraries were generated. Hnrnpk pKO MuSCs treated with ethanol as control. |
