Title Three Partial EMT Characteristic Cell Subsets Collaborate to Boost Breast Cancer Evolution in Spatially Distinct Regions

Description We performed single nucleus RNA-seq and Exosome small RNA sequencing from same sample on four breast samples (three breast cancer samples and one adjacent non-cancerous sample from the third breast cancer patient). For snRNA-seq, we got transcriptomic profiles of 40250 single-cell nuclei, including epithelial cells, fibrolasts, endothelial cells, adipocytes, smooth muscle cells, Bi-potency, Myeloid cells, and T/NK cells. Our study extends the understanding of the interactions of cell clusters in tumor microenvironment.
