Here, we present UCASpatial, an ultra-resolution cellular spectrum decomposition algorithm in spatial transcriptomics based on an entropy-weighted regression model for uncovering spatiotemporal transition and multicellular communities among cell subpopulations. UCASpatial demonstrates high sensitivity and accuracy in discriminating cell subpopulations with low proportion and subtle transcriptomic differences in ST, enabling precise resolution of cellular spectrum unbiasedly. |
