Two groups of five mice each were divided into a control group (subcutaneous injection of empty lentivirus around the skin of the fourth pair of mammary glands), and an experimental group (injection of lentivirus containing sh-KLF4). The virus was injected on embryonic day 5.5, and mammary gland samples were collected on the fifth day after gestation. |
