Description |
Uveitis, a central nervous system (CNS) autoimmune disease, is a common cause of blindness. Metabolic state and pathways profoundly influence Th cells fate and their functions. In addition, caloric restriction (CR) is known to ameliorate inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. However, careful characterization of the impact of CR on EAU is poorly understood. Here, single-cell RNA sequencing is performed to delineate the immune cell atlas of cervical draining lymph nodes (CDLNs) of both ad libitum (AL) and CR mice with or without EAU. |
